摘要
语文是人们的人生必修课,也是终生学习的基础课程。中学阶段是语文学习的关键时期,它对学生的学习能力、表达能力、综合素质等都有重要的影响。如何提高语文教师的教育素质,全面提升学生语文学科的学习能力,是摆在当今教育工作者面前的一个重要课题。从教师评价语言、专业技能、教学方式、教学维度和教学案例反思等方向,对教师教育素质和学生学习能力的提升进行探讨和分析。
Language is a compulsory course in our life and a basic course for lifelong learning. The middle school stage is a crucial period for language learning, which has an important influence on students learning ability, expression ability and overall quality. How to improve the quality of Chinese teachers education and comprehensively improve students ability to study Chinese is an important topic for educators today. This article intends to discuss and analyze the improvement of teacher education quality and student learning ability from the aspects of teacher evaluation language, professional skills, teaching methods, teaching dimensions and reflection of teaching cases.
