论现代民商法文化的先进性与局限性

On the Advanced Nature and Limitation of Modern Civil and Commercial Law

民商法是对人身、财产两个方面的法律规范的总称。而法律是当前社会稳定发展的重要前提。在我国的法制方面的建设中不仅要对社会立法方面进行完善,对弘扬现代民商法文化也要重视起来。文章首先对现代民商法的含义进行阐述,对民法商法的定义分别进行了说明,又说明了现代民商法的重要性。接下来文章中指出了现代民商法的两个比较突出的特点,分别是:先进性和局限性,又对其内容分别进行了相应的分析。

Civil and commercial law is the general term for the legal norms of both life and property. The law is an important prerequisite for the current stable development of society. In the construction of our country＇s legal system,we must not only improve the social legislation,but also pay attention to promoting the modern culture of civil and commercial law. The article first elaborates on the meaning of modern civil and commercial law,explains the definition of civil law and commercial law,and emphasizes the importance of modern civil and commercial law. Next,the article points out two prominent features of modern civil and commercial law,namely,advanced nature and limitations,and corresponding analysis of its content.
