Improving the form of continuing education for editorial personnel is an important way to promote the quality of journals. There are some problems for the continuing education of editorial personnel,such as inadequate understanding,lack of personalized design,single training mode,high cost of training,and deficiency of law-based administration of the government. To solve these problems,targeted measures should be taken,such as raising awareness,enhancing training effect,enriching training forms and increasing government input.
