摘要
随着新生代员工进入职场,其管理问题也受到国内外学者广泛关注。探讨国内外新生代员工的性格及工作价值观特点,比较国内外新生代员工性格和工作价值观差异,提出新生代员工管理实践的建议,可以为管理者采取适合新生代员工的管理方式和制定个性化的管理措施、赢得人力资本优势提供理论参考。
With new generation employees entering into the workplace, the issues of management of new generation employeeshave widely attracted scholars home and abroad. Based on existing research literatures, this paper analysises personality traits, workvalue and differences of new generation employees home and abroad, and puts forward some suggestions of management practices,providing some theoretical reference for managers to take appropriate management style and formulate personalized policies, and towin human capital advantages.
