论新时代师德课程改革的诉求及实践途径 被引量:5

On Demand and Practical Approaches to Reform of Teachers' Professional Ethics Curriculum in the New Era

摘要 师范高校的师德课程改革一直是人们关注的问题,教育部与相关部委多次发文要求加强教师的职业道德建设,并明确指出师德课程改革是师范生培养质量的关键所在。由于我国一些地方高校一直延续的是以思想政治教育代替师德教育,师德课程"边缘化"现象普遍存在,师德课程无法独立,无法完善课程体系以及师德教材的编制等诸多问题,直接影响教师人才的培养质量。改革传统的师德课程,建构新的课程体系、实现师德课程独立,合理运用不同的课程资源指导师德实践,是当前师德课程改革的重要途径,也是师范生入职前的诉求。 The reform of curricula on teachers′ ethics in normal colleges and universities has been the concern of the public.The Ministry of Education and the related ministries and commissions frequently release official documents to strengthen the construc-tion of teachers′ professional ethics, and clearly point out that teachers′ ethics curriculum reform is the key to the training quality ofnormal university students. However, some universities in China only have ideological and political education to replace ethics edu-cation, and the "marginalized" phenomenon of teachers′ ethics courses exists generally. Due to the fact that teachers′ ethics coursescannot be independent, complete curriculum system and teaching material compilation cannot be ensured, directly affecting the train ̄ing quality of teachers. It is necessary to reform the traditional teachers′ ethics courses, construct new curriculum systems, establishindependent ethics courses, and reasonably use different curriculum resources to carry out the practice of the education of teachers′ethics. Those measures are important approaches to reform of teachers′ ethics courses and pre-service demand for normal university students.
