关于加强高校新生军训安全管理的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening the Security Management of Military Training for College Freshmen

近年来,大学新生军训伤亡频发,抗训情绪增多,军训纪律松弛。究其原因,主要是学生身体素质与军训强度不协调,心理素养与军训压力不适应,思想认识与军训任务不统一。因此,应将生命安全放首位,建立突发事件应急处置和疾病防控体系;以情绪管理为中心,建立军训心理干预机制;根据思想动态的变化,革新思想政治教育内容形式。

In recent years, accidents happened frequently in military training of college freshmen, the resistance to training in-creased, and the discipline of military training was slack. These problems mainly result from three aspects, i. e. , students′ physicalquality discords with the intensity of military training, students′ psychological quality cannot fit to the pressure of military training,and students′ ideological understanding is not unified with the mission of military training. Therefore, improvement can be made fromthe three dimensions of physiology, psychology and thought. First, life safety should be given priority and a system for emergencytreatment and disease prevention and control should be established. Second, the psychological intervention mechanism of militarytraining should be established with emotion management as the center. Third, the content and form of ideological and political educa-tion should reformed according to the change of ideas.
