摘要
目的:观察消银汤治疗银屑病小鼠模型的作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:建立鼠尾鳞片表皮模型,设消银汤高、中、低剂量组、甲氨蝶呤组和空白对照组,观察各组对小鼠尾部鳞片颗粒层形成的影响,并采用ELI SA法检测各组小鼠血清中γ-干扰素(I FN-γ)、白介素4(I L-4)的含量。结果:小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成数消银汤高、中剂量组,甲氨蝶呤组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消银汤高剂量组与甲氨蝶呤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消银汤低剂量组与甲氨蝶呤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。I FN-γ、I L-4消银汤高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消银汤高、中、低剂量组与甲氨蝶呤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消银汤可能通过调节Thl/Th2细胞因子动态平衡,促进小鼠尾部表皮颗粒层细胞形成而发挥治疗作用的。
Objective:To observe the effects of Xiao Yin decoction in treating the mice with psoriasis,and discuss its poteintial mechanism.Methods:Mouse models with tail scale epidermis were established,they were allocated to high,moderate and low dose groups of Xiao Yin decoction,methotrexate group and blank control group,the effects of different groups on tail scale granular layer of the mice were observed,simultaneously,the contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum of the mice in different groups were detected by ELISA method.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of mice tail scale epidermal granular layer among high and moderate doses groups of Xiao Yin decoction,methotrexate group and blank control group,low dose group of Xiao Yin decoction(P〈0.05); when high doses group of Xiao Yin decoction was compared with methotrexate group,there was a significant difference(P 〈0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons between low dose group of Xiao Yin decoction and methotrexate group(P〉0.05).The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 when high,moderate and low dose groups of Xiao Yin decoction were compared with methotrexate group and blank control group(P 〈0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning when high,moderate and low dose groups of Xiao Yin decoction were compared with methotrexate group(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Xiao Yin decoction could play the role of therapeutic effects by regulating dynamic balance of Th1/Th2 type cell factors and promoting the formation of mice tail epidermal granular layer cells.
