随着中国人口老龄化进程的加快,作为老年人常见病的膝骨性关节炎发病率呈爆发式增长,随之带来诸多的医疗及社会问题;自我健康管理教育作为慢性疾病防治的一种有效手段,应积极运用于膝骨性关节炎的防治中来。

As the process of population aging accelerated in China,one of the commonest diseases knee osteoarthritis for the elderly increased tremendously,lots of medical and social problems also came out; self health management education as one effective measure of prevention and treatment for chronic diseases should be applied to the prevention and treatment for KOA actively.
