从新版美国眼科临床指南(PPP)看成人白内障手术的意义与指征

Discussion on the significance and indications of adult cataract surgery based on the Preferred Practice Pattern of the United States

随着白内障手术从复明性手术迈入屈光手术时代,其意义和指征已经发生了显著的变化。本文基于最新美国眼科临床指南(PPP)《成人白内障手术》(2016年版)对白内障手术收益、指征、新的评估手段及医学经济学等问题的阐述,结合国内外现状,分析当前形势下白内障手术指征正在经历的变化,以及在这一变化过程中存在的热点问题。

Since cataract surgery has developed from the rehabilitation operation into the refractive operation,significant changes have occurred in the significance ancl indications of cataract surgery.The latest Preferred Practice Pattern（PPP） for adult cataract surgery （2016 edition） systematically described the benefits of cataract surgery,the changes in surgical indications, new methods of assessment,and the medical economic issues of cataract surgery.Based on PPPs exposition of these issues and the current domestic situation, this paper analyzed the changes of the indications of cataract surgery and the possible problems in this period.
