不同皆伐条带对材用毛竹林新竹生理指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以一年生的材用毛竹为试验材料,研究不同条带间毛竹叶片的叶绿素、还原糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸谢氨酶(PAL)的变化,以探究10 m条带、8 m条带和6 m条带对毛竹新竹生理指标的影响。结果表明,8 m条带内的毛竹新竹叶片叶绿素和还原糖含量最高,光合作用相比10 m和6 m条带较强。6 m条带内毛竹新竹叶片的可溶性蛋白含量最高,10 m条带次之,8 m条带最差,6 m条带的新竹对土壤养分的吸收响应较好。8 m条带内的毛竹叶过氧化物酶活性最强,10 m条带的酶活性最差。10 m条带内的毛竹叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶酶活性最高,是6 m条带的1.65倍,是8 m条带的1.4倍。综合分析,8 m条带的毛竹生长状况较好,有利于材用毛竹林高效培育的后续研究。 Taking one-year-old Phyllostachys pubescens as the research material,changes of chlorophyll, reducing sugar, soluble protein,POD and PAL in leaves of Phyllostachys pubescens with clear cutting band were analyzed.The results were as followes.The contents of chlorophyll and deoxidize sugar in leaves in the 8 m zone were the highest,and the photosynthesis was stronger in the band of 10 m and 6 m.The content of soluble protein was the highest in the 6 m strip zone, followed by the 10 m strip, and the worst was in the 8 m strip.6 m strip had better response to soil nutrient uptake.The POD activity of Phyllostachys pubescens leaves within the 8 m band was the strongest, and the enzyme activity of the 10 m band was the worst.The enzyme activity of PAL in the leaves of the 10 m band was the highest, 1.65 times of that in the 6 m band and 1.4 times of that in the 8 m band.Taken together, the growth of Phyllos tachys p ubesce ns in the 8 m strip was better, which was beneficial to the subsequent research on the efficient cultivation of Phyllostachys pubescens.
