针对实用新型专利权评价报告的检索方法

实用新型专利权评价报告由于涉及的领域比较广,经常会对检索造成很大的困难。文章结合实际案例提出了在不同情形下针对实用新型专利权评价报告的检索方法——间接情景还原法、直接情景还原法、分类号组合法,从而提高该类案件的检索效率。

The patent evaluation report of utility model often causes great difficulties to the retrieval because of its wide rangeof fields. According to the actual cases, this paper puts forward the retrieval methods for the evaluation report of utility model patentunder different circumstances： indirect situational reduction method, direct situational reduction method, and classification numbercombination method, so as to improve the retrieval efficiency of this kind of cases.
