摘要 斑图放电是介质阻挡放电系统中出现的一种典型非线性放电现象。文章采用特殊设计的氧化铟锡(ITO)电极装置,在空气和氩气的混合气体中通过介质阻挡放电得到了两种典型的斑图形式:超四边形斑图和条纹斑图。利用示波器获得了两种斑图的电流电压波形图,并分析了各自的放电特性。 Pattern discharge is a typical nonlinear discharge phenomenon in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) system. usingaspecially designed indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode device, two typical patterns, hyperquadrilateral pattern and stripe pattern, wereobtained by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in the mixture of air and argon gas. The current and voltage waveforms of the twopatterns are obtained by means of oscilloscope, and the discharge characteristics of the two patterns are analyzed.
