三峡船闸检修排水泵房半自动化控制改造研究

三峡船闸检修排水泵房主要用于阀门检修时,排除工作阀门段廊道内的积水,保证施工人员对阀门的正常检修或紧急故障处理。文章在现有的排水泵房设备基础上,遵循三峡船闸检修排水泵房运行规程,运用西门子300系列PLC进行控制,设计排水泵在日常动机、检修状态下的自动控制流程和软硬件实现。

Onthe basis of the existing drainage pump house equipment, following the operation rules of the Three Gorges ship lock overhauldrainage pump house, using Siemens 300 series PLC to control, the paper designs the automatic control flow and the software andhardware realization of the drainage pump under the daily motive, the overhaul condition.
