摘要
文章针对典型的现代企业集团车辆集约化管理存在的问题,提出了逐步推进车辆管理市场化改革、通过"大云物移"先进技术支持进一步完善车辆管控模式、根据省市县三级不同的工作重点实行基于大数据的车辆分层分级管理、通过"区块链+车联网"加强车辆管理安全以及加快推广配置新能源汽车等具体解决方案。该方案的实施能实现车辆资源共享、科学调度,将产生显著的社会效益和经济效益,对提高集团车辆管理集约化和精益化管理水平具有较好的借鉴意义。
In view of the problems existing in the intensive management of vehicles in typical modern enterprise groups, this paper put forward a series of specific solutions, for example, it argues that the reform of the market-oriented management of vehiclesshould be promoted step by step, that the vehicle control mode should be further improved by the advanced technology support of"Big Data, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Mobile Internet", etc., that the vehicle stratification management based on big datashould be carried out according to the different work priorities of provinces, cities and counties, that the vehicle management safetyshould be strengthened with the help of "Blockchain + Internet of Vehicles", and that the promotion of new energy vehicles shouldbe accelerated. The implementation of this scheme can help realize the sharing of vehicle resources and scientific dispatch, achievesignificant social and economic benefits and improve the intensive and lean management level of vehicle management in a group.
