一种高温烟道截面积的在线检测装置设计及方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对高温烟道的实际截面积的检测,提出一种新型的在线检测系统。通过传动装置带动激光测距传感器对烟道截面做360°旋转测量,激光测距传感器每转过一个角度测量一次,得到仪器的中心到烟道内孔壁的实际距离,同时记录转过的角度,根据转过的角度和测得的距离值计算出烟道截面积,并在线显示。结果表明,此新型检测装置能够直接测量出高温烟道的截面积,测量精度高且可操作性强。 A new on-line detection system is proposed to detect the actual cross section area of high temperature flue. The laserrangefinder is driven by the transmission device to do 360° rotation measurement on the cross section area of the flue. Each time thelaser rangefinder measures an angle, the actual distance from the center of the instrument to the hole wall in the flue is obtained,and the angle of rotation is recorded at the same time. According to the turning angle and the measured distance, the cross sectionarea of the flue is calculated and displayed on line. The results show that the new testing device can directly measure the cross section area of the high temperature flue, and the measurement accuracy is high and the maneuverability is strong.
