摘要
文章分析了卷取芯轴电机电磁抱闸的结构及工作原理,分析了电磁抱闸在卷取钢卷定尾使用过程中的局限性及存在的问题,结合现场设备布置特点,创新性地将电磁抱闸制动改液压油缸制动,解决了电磁抱闸使用过程中存在的问题,提高了抱闸运行控制的稳定性,更易实现钢卷的精确定位,取得了良好效果。
This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the electromagnetic lock brake of the coiling shaft motor,analyzes the limitations and existing problems of the electromagnetic lock gate in the process of coiling steel coil and fixing the tail,and combines the characteristics of the field equipment arrangement. The electromagnetic lock brake is innovatively changed to hydraulic cylinder brake, which solves the problems existing in the operation of the electromagnetic lock brake, improves the stability ofthe operation control of the lock gate, makes it easier to realize the accurate positioning of the coil, and achieves good results.
