一种数字标志绝缘线芯电缆成缆时线序排列方法的应用

摘要 数字标志绝缘线芯电缆在成缆时线序排列很容易出现排列混乱和方向错误,影响生产效率和产品质量。分析原因,主要是线芯上盘数量较多和需经过两次成缆才能完成,使得生产人员容易出现操作错误。利用对成缆设备摇篮进行编号和使之与绝缘线芯数字序号对应起来,实现"一对一"的关系,解决数字标志绝缘线芯电缆在成缆时线序排列混乱和方向错误的问题。 When the cable is formed, the arrangement of the cable sequence is easy to appear confusion and wrong direction,which will affect the production efficiency and the quality of the product. The main reason for the analysis is that the productionpersonnel are prone to operating errors due to the large number of the core upper plate and the need to complete the cable twice.By numbering the cradle of cable forming equipment and making it correspond with the digital serial number of insulated wire core,the relationship of "one to one" is realized, and the problem of disordered arrangement of cable sequence and wrong direction of insulated cable with digital mark is solved.
