食用菌菌渣在动物饲料应用中的研究进展

Progress in the Application of Edible Mushroom Residue as Animal Feed

菌渣是栽培食用菌后的培养料,是一类由食用菌菌丝残体经食用菌酶解、结构发生质变的粗纤维、粗蛋白、多糖及其他营养成分组成的复合物,在农业生产上有较高的利用价值。近年来,随着食用菌的大力发展,菌渣日益增多,菌渣在农业生产中的应用也越来越广泛。文章简述了菌渣在二次种菇、用作栽培植物的基质、饲料、有机肥、燃料、生物活性成分提取等方面的应用,并对其在动物饲料应用方面的研究进展进行了重点阐述。

With the vigorous development of edible fungi,mushroom residue is increasing day by day. The mushroom residue is a kind of culture material after cultivation of edible fungi. It is a kind of complex composed of crude fiber,crude protein,polysaccharide and other nutrient components,which is enzymatic hydrolyzed by edible fungi. The application of mushroom residue in secondary mushroom cultivation,substrate for plant cultivation,feed,organic fertilizer,fuel,and biological active ingredients extraction and so on,especially in forage for animal. It is characterized by turning waste into treasure. The edible mushroom residue is rich in organic matter,bacterial protein,polysaccharides,vitamins,trace elements and other active substances. It has a high utilization value in agricultural production,especially in the development of herbivorous animal feed.
