摘要
文章通过测试和实验,对四种三维卷曲涤纶中空纤维的比重、截面形态、中空度、DSC曲线和三维卷曲形态进行了研究。提出了用卷曲数、卷曲率、卷曲回复率和卷曲弹性率与纤维以轴向中心线为轴旋转一周过程中每隔15o的波峰波谷最大高度差的平均值和变异系数相结合来表征被测纤维的三维卷曲形态。
In this paper, the specific gravity, section shape, hollowness, DSC curve and three-dimensional crimp shape of four kinds of three-dimensional crimp polyester hollow fiber were studied through testing and experiment. It indicates that the mean value and coefficient of variation of maximum height difference of the peaks and troughs every 15 times during the rotation of the fiber with axial center line, crimp number, crimp recovery rate and crimp elastic rate are combined to characterize the three-dimensional crimp shape of the fiber.
