From the start of the industrial revolution,the relationship between technology and environment isa major concern.In the important instructions of deep constructing on new urbanization, Xi jinping pointed out that, only urbanization adhering to the concept of green development＇s leading, paying more attention toenvironment livability, can significant progress and positive results be achieved. Science and technology culture lays a theoretical foundation and points out thedevelopment direction for the construction of green uranization. In order to better promote the urban greening process, we need study, develop and advocate ecological science and technology culture.This article mainly discusses aspects from the introduction of scienceand technology culture, the connotation of ecological science and technology culture, the development present situation and the urgency of green urbanizationetc. Expounding and analyzing the role of the ecological science and technology culture in the process of building green town, which puts forward the solution for the development of Chinese urbanization problems.
