基于创新视角的上海科技型中小企业空间集聚研究

Research on spatial agglomeration of scientific and technological SMEs in Shanghai based on innovation perspective

对上海科技型中小企业的空间集聚进行分析,得出研究结论:与上海的研发机构和高新技术企业的高度集聚不同,科技型中小企业在空间形态上具有"中心外围"的特点,外环以内是主要集聚区,远郊区县分布相对分散.集聚模式可分为两种类型,一种是依托高新技术园区、高等院校以及科研院所的科技型中小企业,主要属于开发功能优先型;另一种是依托所在区县的支柱产业的中小企业,这类企业广泛分布在各个区县,与所在区县的产业结构关联性较强,属于承接边际产品转移、市场指向型.

We analyze the spatial agglomeration of scientific and technological small and medium sized enterprises（ SMEs） in Shanghai and draws conclusions：Unlike the high agglomeration of R D institutions and high-tech enterprises in Shanghai,science and technology SMEs have the characteristics of ″central periphery″ in space form,with the main agglomeration areas locating within the outer ring,and the distribution of the suburban districts and counties is relatively scattered. There are two types：one belongs to the development-function-priority type which relies on high-tech parks,institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions;the other belongs to the marginal product transfer and market orientation,which relies on the pillar industries of the districts and counties. These enterprises are widely distributed in various districts and counties,and have strong correlation with the industrial structure of the districts and counties in which they are located.
