酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Therapeutic effect of metoprolol tartrate combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法选取2015年4月至2018年1月我院收治的150例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组采用常规治疗联合盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、心功能指标及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者LVEF显著升高,LVEDD与LAAPD显著降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者生活质量显著提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸贝那普利应用可明显改善心功能,有效提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of metoprolol tartrate combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with benazepril hydrochloride, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol tartrate on the basis of the control group. The curative effects, cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 72.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of LVEF in the two groups significantly increased, the levels of LVEDD and LAAPD in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life of the two groups significantly improved,and that of the observation group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of metoprolol tartrate combined with benazepril hydrochloride can significantly improve cardiac function and quality of life.
