布洛芬联合艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎的效果

Effect of ibuprofen combined with iguratimod in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察布洛芬联合艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月我院收治的RA患者50例,随机分成单用组和联合组,每组25例。单用组口服给予布洛芬片进行治疗,联合组在单用组的基础上给予艾拉莫德片进行联合治疗。连续治疗2个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的肿胀关节数、压痛关节数显著减少,晨僵时间显著缩短,且联合组优于单用组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率和C-反应蛋白水平均显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.01)。联合组患者的缓解率高于单用组(P<0.05)。结论布洛芬联合艾拉莫德治疗RA能显著减轻关节疼痛等症状,减轻或完全缓解关节炎症,临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibuprofen and iguratimod on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, 50 patients with RA in our hospital were randomly divided into single group and combined group, with 25 cases in each group. The single group was given orally ibuprofen tablets, while the combined group was given iguratimod on the basis of the single group. After 2 months of continuous treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the numbers of swollen joints and tender joints significantly reduced, and the morning stiffness time significantly shortened in the two groups, and those of the combined group were superior to the single group（P〈0.01）. After treatment, the levels of rheumatoid factors, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in both groups significantly reduced, and those of the combined group were superior to the single group（P〈0.01）. The remission rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ibuprofen combined with iguratimod in the treatment of RA can significantly reduce the joint pain and other symptoms,reduce or completely alleviate joint inflammation, and has significant clinical effects.
