二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对超重、肥胖2型糖尿病患者脂联素、抵抗素的影响

Effect of metformin combined with acarbose on adiponectin and resistin in overweight,obese patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对超重、肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及其对脂联素、抵抗素的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的100例超重、肥胖2型糖尿病疾病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c、TC、BMI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者脂联素水平均高于治疗前,抵抗素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双弧联合阿卡波糖能有效改善超重、肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of metformin combined with acarbose in treating overweight and obese type 2 diabetes patients and its effect on adiponectin and resistin. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, a total of100 overweight and obese type 2 diabetes patients were enrolled. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, the observation group was given metformin and acarbose treatment, the control group was given metformin treatment. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the FBG, 2 h PBG, HbA1c, TC, BMI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the adiponectin levels of the two groups were higher those that before treatment, the resistin levels were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose can improve the symptoms of overweight and obesity type 2 diabetes patients.
