骨肽注射液辅助治疗Schatzker V型胫骨平台骨折患者的效果

Effect of bone peptide injection in the adjuvant treatment of Schatzker type V tibial plateau fractures

目的探讨在Schatzker V型胫骨平台骨折(TPF)患者中采用骨肽注射液联合有限双切口双钢板内固定手术治疗的效果。方法将78例Schatzker V型TPF患者随机分为手术组(39例,有限双切口钢板内固定手术)和联合组(39例,骨肽注射液联合有限双切口双钢板内固定手术)。对比两组治疗效果。结果术后3个月,两组血清ALP、TGF-β1水平及Lysholm膝关节评分均升高,且联合组高于手术组(P<0.05);联合组骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间及独立行走时间均短于手术组(P<0.05)。结论对Schatzker V型TPF患者采用骨肽注射液联合有限双切口双钢板内固定手术能够改善血清ALP、TGF-β1水平,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of bone peptide injection combined with limited double incision double plate internal fixation in the treatment of Schatzker type V tibial plateau fractures（TPF）. Methods A total of 78 patients with Schatzker type V TPF were randomly divided into operation group（39 cases, limited double incision plate internal fixation）and combined group（39 cases, bone peptide injection combined with limited double incision double plate internal fixation）.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 3 months after operation, the levels of serum ALP, TGF-β1 and Lysholm knee scores increased in both groups, and those in the combined group were higher than the operation group（P〈0.05）. The callus formation time, fracture healing time and independent walking time in the combined group were shorter than those in the operation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bone peptide injection combined with limited double incision double plate internal fixation in the treatment of Schatzker type V TPF can improve serum ALP and TGF-β1 levels,promote knee joint function recovery.
