小儿糖尿病的营养饮食治疗方法及效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究分析小儿糖尿病的营养饮食治疗方法与效果。方法选取我院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的小儿糖尿病患者68例作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组给予常规治疗与常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予营养饮食治疗。对比观察两组患儿的血糖控制情况、头围、体重和身高。结果观察组34例糖尿病患儿给予营养饮食治疗后的FPG控制优良率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的头围、体重和身高均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予小儿糖尿病患者营养饮食治疗,可有效控制患儿的血糖,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic methods and effects of nutritional diet treatment for children with diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-eight children with pediatric diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and routine nursing. The observation group was given nutritional diet treatment on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose control, head circumference, body weight and height of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of FPG control in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34), which was higher than 76.47%(26/34) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The head circumference, body weight and height of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nutritional diet treatment for children with pediatric diabetes mellitus can effectively control the blood glucose of children,the treatment effect is significant, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
