DDD起搏器植入后心房颤动影响因素的Logistic回归分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析DDD起搏器植入后心房颤动的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015年2月至2016年2月在我院植入DDD起搏器的患者98例,记录患者的心房、心室起搏百分比,心房高频事件发生的次数及时间,并通过多因素Logistic回归分析影响患者心房颤动的因素。结果 98例患者随访2年后25例发生心房颤动,房颤的发生率为25.5%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、冠心病、高血压、缺血性脑卒中、左心房内径、心房起搏百分比和心室起搏百分比为DDD型起搏器植入术后患者发生心房颤动的主要独立因素。结论年龄、冠心病、高血压、缺血性脑卒中、左心房内径、心房起搏百分比和心室起搏百分比与DDD起搏器植入后心房颤动的发生发展密切相关。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation after implantation of DDD pacemaker.Methods A total of 98 patients with DDD pacemaker implantation in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The percentage of atrial and ventricular pacing, the frequency and time of high frequency atrial events were recorded. The influencing factors of atrial fibrillation were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results After 2 years of follow-up, 25 cases of atrial fibrillation occurred of 98 patients. The incidence of atrial fibrillation was 25.5%. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, coronary heart disease, hypertension, ischemic stroke, left atrial diameter, percentage of atrial pacing and percentage of ventricular pacing were the main independent factors of atrial fibrillation after DDD pacemaker implantation. Conclusion Age, coronary heart disease, hypertension,ischemic stroke, left atrial diameter, percentage of atrial pacing and percentage of ventricular pacing were closely related to the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation after DDD pacemaker implantation.
