摘要
肿瘤微环境的改变是导致恶性肿瘤发展转移的关键。肿瘤微环境与中医的"脾虚""痰浊"相关。从健脾化痰行气入手对大肠癌伴肝转移患者进行治疗,能取得较好的临床疗效。
The changes of tumor microenvironment is the key to the development and metastasis of malignant tumor.Tumor microenvironment is related to the ＂spleen deficiency＂ and ＂sputum turbidity＂ in Chinese medicine. The colorectal cancer patients with hepatic metastasis treated by invigorating spleen, removing phlegm and promoting the circulation of qi can obtain better clinical effect.
