疏血通注射液联合苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀对冠心病合并高血压患者心肌损伤指标的改善作用

Improvement role of Shuxuetong injection combined with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin on myocardial injury indexes in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension

目的探讨疏血通注射液联合苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀对冠心病合并高血压患者心肌损伤指标的改善作用。方法将我院收治的80例冠心病合并高血压患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用疏血通注射液。比较两组患者治疗前、后心肌损伤指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者血清CKMB、cTnT和hFABP水平均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并高血压患者予以疏血通注射液联合苯磺酸氨氯地平、阿托伐他汀能够显著改善心肌损伤指标,提升疗效。

Objective To explore the improvement role of Shuxuetong injection combined with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin on myocardial injury indexes in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin, while the study group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group. The myocardial injury indexes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum CKMB, cTnT and hFABP in both groups significantly decreased, and those of the study group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can significantly improve myocardial injury indexes and curative effect.
