冠状动脉CT血管造影对心肌桥的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)在心肌桥患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2013年10月至2017年7月在我院做CCTA检查的160例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行CCTA检查,并以冠状动脉造影(CAG)检测结果为对照,分析CCTA和CAG对心肌桥的检出率、分布情况及其平均长度和厚度。结果 160例患者中,CAG的心肌桥检出率为12.50%(20/160),在这20例患者中,发现20段心肌桥。CCTA的心肌桥检出率为30.63%(49/160),在这49例患者中,发现51段心肌桥。CCTA的心肌桥检出率显著高于CAG,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种检查方法检查的心肌桥平均长度及完全心肌桥平均厚度存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在心肌桥患者的诊断中,CCTA诊断检出率明显高于CAG,具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA) in the diagnosis of patients with myocardial bridge. Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent CCTA examination in our hospital from October 2013 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects, all patients underwent CCTA examination and the results of coronary angiography(CAG) examination were regarded as the contrast. The detection rate, distribution and aver-age length and thickness of CCTA and CAG examination in myocardial bridge were analyzed. Results Among the 160 patients, the detection rate of myocardial bridge was 12.50%(20/160) by CAG, and 20 segments of myocardial bridge were found in the 20 patients. The detection rate of myocardial bridge was 30.63%(49/160) by CCTA, and 51 segments of myocardial bridge were found in the 49 patients. The detection rate of CCTA was significantly higher than that of CAG, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The average length of myocardial bridge and the average thickness of complete myocardial bridge examined by the two methods were significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with myocardial bridge, the diagnostic rate of CCTA is obviously higher than that of CAG, it has a certain applica-tion value.
