风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀在脑胶质瘤手术中的应用效果

Application effect of risk nursing intervention model combined with humanistic concern in brain glioma surgery

目的探讨风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀在脑胶质瘤手术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年10月我院185例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,根据手术顺序将其分为对照组(92例)和研究组(93例)。对照组患者实施常规围术期护理,研究组患者实施风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀护理。比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均显著高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,各项护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀可有效提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度,减少术后并发症的发生风险,在脑胶质瘤手术中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore application effect of risk nursing intervention model combined with humanistic concern in brain glioma surgery. Methods A total of 185 patients with brain glioma were selected as study objects from March 2016 to October 2017. According to the order of surgery, all the patients were divided into control group（92 cases） and study group（93 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing, the study group was treated with risk nursing intervention model combined with humanistic concern. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction rates of nursing were obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk nursing intervention model combined with humanistic concern can effectively improve quality of life and satisfaction rates of nursing,reduce the risk of postoperative complications, which has important application value in brain glioma surgery.
