静脉输液治疗小组在泌尿外科护理中的作用

Effect of intravenous infusion treatment team in nursing of urology department

目的分析静脉输液治疗小组在泌尿外科护理中的作用。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院泌尿外科收治的需静脉输液患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组由泌尿外科非静脉输液治疗小组护士护理,观察组由静脉输液治疗小组成员护理。比较两种护理人员的理论知识、操作技能和患者满意度,并统计两组患者的输液并发症总发生率及IL-6、VEGF水平变化情况。结果观察组护士的理论知识、操作技能和患者满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者输液并发症总发生率及IL-6、VEGF水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉输液治疗小组可有效降低输液风险,提高患者满意度和护理质量,值得在临床静脉输液治疗工作中推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous inf usion treatment team in nursing of urology department.Methods A total of 200 cases required intravenous infusion in urology department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given nursing by non-intravenous infusion treatment team in department of urology, and the observation group was treated by intravenous infusion treatment team members. The theoretical knowledge and operation skills of nurses, patient satisfaction of two kinds of nursing staff were analyzed and compared. The total incidence of transfusion complications and the changes of IL-6 and VEGF levels in the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operative skills of nurses and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of transfusion complications and the levels of IL-6 and VEGF in the observation team were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous infusion therapy team can effectively reduce the risk of infusion, improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality. It is worth applying in the treatment of intravenous infusion.
