手法治疗联合功能康复训练对早期股骨头坏死患者康复效果及凝血功能的影响

Effect of manual therapy combined with functional rehabilitation training on rehabilitation and coagulation function in patients with early femoral head necrosis

目的研究手法治疗联合功能康复训练对早期股骨头坏死患者康复效果及凝血功能的影响。方法将我院2016年7月至2017年8月收治的82例早期股骨头坏死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用基础治疗,并进行功能康复训练,观察组在其基础上加用手法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前、后各项凝血指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的PT、TT、APTT及FIB水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法治疗联合功能康复训练可有效改善患者髋关节功能与凝血功能,临床疗效理想,值得推广实践。

Objective To study the effect of manual therapy combined with functional rehabilitation training on rehabilitation and coagulation function in patients with early femoral head necrosis. Methods A total of 82 patients with early femoral head necrosis admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic treatment and functional rehabilitation training, the observation group was given manual therapy on the basis of them. The clinical efficacy, levels of coagulation parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of PT, TT, APTT and FIB significantly decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Manual therapy combined with functional rehabilitation training can effectively improve the function of hip joint and the coagulation function, the clinical effect is ideal, and it is worth popularizing.
