摘要
为了提高农业专家信息服务系统的服务效能,设计了1种农业专家信息服务推荐模型,模型基于混合的推荐算法,按照农业专家与待处理农业问题的适配度计算农业专家的推荐评分,得出专家推荐列表;还设计了1套农业专家绩效评估的办法,对农业专家的业务能力和工作效果进行评估,最后用评估结果对之前的专家推荐评分进行加权回归调整,得到一个更加优化的农业专家推荐列表。
In order to improve the service effect of agricultural expert information service system, An agricultural expert information service recommendation model is presented. The model is based on a mixed recommendation algorithm. The agricultural experts＇ recommendation scores are calculated according to the matching degree between the agricultural experts and the agricultural issues to be solved, a list of recommended agricultural experts was generated from high to low. A set of agricultural expert performance evaluation methods are given. It is helpful to evaluate the professional ability of agricultural experts and working effect. Finally, weighted regression was used to adjust the previous expert recommendation score, and a more optimized agricultural expert recommendation list was obtained.
