硒元素人体健康有重要作用,硒代氨基酸具有很强的抗癌功效。介绍了水提取法、酸提取法、酶解法、辅助提取法和循环提取法等硒代氨基酸的提取方法,并对液相色谱-质谱联用法、柱前衍生液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、电化学检测法和氨基酸分析仪法等检测技术进行了系统的阐述,为生物体内硒形态研究和有机硒定量分析提供理论基础和技术借鉴。

Selenium plays an important role in human health, and seleno amino acids have a strong anti-cancer effect. the extraction and analysis methods of seleno amino acids were summarized, including water extraction, acid extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis, auxiliary extraction and recycling extraction. The methods of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, column derivative liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, electrochemical detection and amino acid analyzer were systematically described. Those provide theoretical basis and technological reference for selenium form and quantitative analysis of organic selenium in organism.
