摘要
当前,北方县、市域范围内过境河流已基本无清洁水源入境,而受困于防洪排涝相关规范制约,境内雨洪又必须快速下排出境,致使区域内地表水匮乏、地下水超采严重、河道水体极差。基于多年的实践经验,提出了一种利用雨洪进行区域水环境修复的模式,既可增加地表水资源量,又可减少地下水开采量,也可以补充地下水和改善河道水体水质,从而实现区域水环境的可持续发展。
There is ahnost no flow of clean water in streams at the most county area in the northern of China. The storm water, however, must be discharged as soon as possible according to the regulation of the flood control and drainage. Both of them result in shortage of surfsce water, overexploitation of groundwater, and pollution of water body. Based on years' study, this paper proposes a rehabilitation mode of regional water environment by using the storm water in the county area, so as to increase water resources, decrease groundwater exploitation, replenish groundwater, improve river water quality, and realize the regional sustainable development.
