摘要
湖北省高职院校科研管理激励制度建设有一定的成效,但仍需进一步完善。为了全方位、多层面、多形式、多因素地激励湖北省高职院校科研工作健康、持续开展,需要在完善激励方式,增加激励途径,丰富激励手段,细化激励措施,增强激励力度的基础上,扩大科研激励主体和受激励主体范围,注重激励科研骨干成长与科研团队培育,关注对青年教师的科研激励,考虑对科研业绩显著的高职院校给予激励,整体推进湖北省高职院校科研竞争力全面提高。
The incentive system of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges of Hubei Province has made some achievements,but still needs to be improved greatly. In order to encourage the scientific research work to develop healthily and continuously in all directions with many aspects,many forms and many factors. It is necessary to improve the incentive mode,increase the incentive way,enrich the incentive means,refine the incentive measures and strengthen the incentive force. On the above basis,we would like to expand the the scope of scientific research incentive subject and motivated subject,encourage the growth of scientific research backbone and cultivation of scientific research team, and pay attention to the incentives for scientific research of the young teachers, reward the higher vocational colleges with outstanding achievements in scientific research so as to promote the overall improvement of scientific research competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.
