高职院校人才的分类培养和分层教学研究

Research on Classified Training and Stratified Teaching of Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高等教育的大众化发展,传统的高职院校人才的培养和教学方式逐渐不再适应于当前的高职院校教学现状。在此情形下,国内外众多的教育教学机构和学者提出了关于人才分类培养和分层教学的理念,但是在实际操作上,仍没有统一的标准。基于此,本文主要从我国的高职院校教学活动的现状入手,分析高职院校人才分类培养和分层教学的问题,提出造成高职院校无法有效展开人才分类培养和分层教育的原因机制,最终对症下药,提出有效的解决方案。

With the popularization of higher education,the training and teaching methods of traditional talents in higher vocational colleges no longer adapted to the current teaching status in higher vocational colleges. In this case,many educational and teaching institutions and scholars at home and abroad have put forward the idea of classified training and stratified teaching of talents,but in practice,there is still no unified standard. Based on this,this paper starts with the present situation of teaching activities in Higher Vocational Colleges in China, analyzes the problems of classified training and stratified teaching of talents in higher vocational colleges,and finds out the reason and mechanism that causes ineffective classified training and stratified education of talents of higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward the effective solutions.
