摘要
风扇传动装置是车辆散热系统的关键部件,它直接控制风扇工作而维持车辆的热平衡.为了获得风扇实际工作转速,有效控制风扇并为风扇提供动力,设计出了具有实时测量风扇转速功能的风扇传动装置,并进行了台架试验.结果表明:风扇传动装置结构合理,转速测量准确稳定,各元件之间匹配良好,满足车辆设计要求、可靠性要求及使用要求.
Fan transmission is an important component of vehicle cooling system, which controls the fan speed to keep thermal balance of the vehicle. A fan transmission with real-time speed measure was designed to acquire and control real fan speed effectively for fan power. The bench test showed that the fan transmission had a logical structure and accurate speed measuring, and all components matched well. The proposed fan transmission can meet the requirements of vehicle performance, reliability and application.
