基于单片机技术的辅机发动机安全保护设计

摘要 针对部分特种车辆车载辅机电源产生故障后仅报警提示,而不能自动停机的故障现象,借鉴相关移动电站国军标要求,结合无人车无人操作、无人值守的使用需求,提出了基于单片机技术实现发动机故障状态下发动机ECU盒断电,从而实现发动机自动停机的安全保护策略.台架试验结果表明该设计方案可行. In view of the failure to alarm only after the fault of the vehicle auxiliary power supply of some special vehicles and unable to stop automatically, this paper puts forward the engine ECU based on the single chip microcomputer technology to realize engine failure state according to the requirements of the national army standard of the related mobile power station as well as through combining the demand of future bidding and unmanned operation. The safety protection strategy of automatic shutdown of the engine has been realized, which lays the technical foundation for the improvement of the existing special vehicles and the unmanned power supply of the future auxiliary power bidding box.
