摘要
在工业生产中,完全人工分拣作业很难实现生产目标,而传统机器人分拣还存在系统稳定性较差、精度较低等缺点。针对这些问题,在传统分拣机器人中引入机器视觉,完成对工件、食品以及其它产品的分拣工作,不仅能够满足生产需求,而且能够提高生产效率。基与此,重点分析目标识别、目标跟踪以及视觉伺服等关键技术的研究现状以及在工业、食品以及其它领域的应用现状,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
In industrial production,complete manual sorting is difficult to achieve production goals, and traditional robot sorting has the disadvantages of poor system stability and low precision. To solve these problems, the introduction of machine vision in traditional sorting robots to complete the sorting of workpieces, foods and other products not only satisfies production needs, but also improves production efficiency. This article mainly analyzes the research status of key technologies such as target recognition, target tracking and visual servo, and the application status in industry,food, and other fields,and prospects for future development trends.
