摘要
以前置全液压游梁式抽油机为分析对象,采用虚拟样机技术,利用三维设计软件soliderworks建立该抽油机结构模型,导入到ADAMS软件中,并在ANSYS软件中对游梁零件柔性体化在ADAMS中实现替换,完成ADAMS前置全液压游梁式抽油机虚拟样机模型的建立。对各个部件施加约束、载荷和动力,进行刚柔耦合系统运动学三维可视化仿真分析,分析在模拟真实工况下的仿真结果。
The pre-positioned full-hydraulic beam pumping unit is taken as the analysis object, the virtual prototype technology is adopted, the structural model of the pumping unit is established by the three-dimensional design software soliderworks, and is imported into the ADAMS software, and the flexible body of the beam parts is replaced by the ADAMS software in ANSYS, and the pre-positioned full-hydraulic beam pumping of the ADAMS is completed. The establishment of the virtual prototype model of the oil machine. The kinematics of rigid-flexible coupling system is simulated and analyzed by applying constraints, loads and forces to each part, and the simulation results under simulated real working conditions are analyzed.
