摘要
电参数的选择是快走丝电火花线切割大厚度工件的重要内容,通过对脉冲宽度、占空比、加工电流和进给速度采用控制单因素变量法进行切割实验,揭示了快走丝电火花线切割大厚度工件的电参数选择原则,脉宽时间和占空比应选择偏小,在保持稳定加工的前提下,加工了电流和进给速度选择偏大,以期为大厚度工件的快走丝电火花线切割提供工艺参考。
The choice of electrical parameters is an important part of fast moving wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM) for large thickness workpieces. By controlling the pulse width, duty cycle, machining current and feed speed, the single factor variable method was used to cut the experiment, the principle of selecting electrical parameters for large thickness workpiece in WEDM is revealed,select small pulse duration and duty cycle,on the premise of maintaining stable processing,select large processing current and feed speed. This provides a process reference for fast wire cutting of large thickness workpieces.
