摘要 电站辅机产品汽机旁路阀门作为上海电力机械有限公司主要的传统产品,其制造供货应满足电力行业快速发展的需要。在确保产品质量,提高加工效率,降低生产成本的前提下,通过对阀体深孔加工技术进行研究和分析,重新设计、制作一套可拆卸式深孔钻工装,采用新的外排屑钻孔方法来完成,达到提高加工速度,减少加工时间,提高经济效益的目的,为大批量生产奠定基础。 As the main traditional products of our company, the auxiliary valve of power station should meet the needs of the rapid development of power industry. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, improving processing efficiency, and reducing production costs, through the study and analysis of the deep hole processing technology of the valve body, a detachable deep hole drilling assembly was redesigned and manufactured, and a new method of drilling for external debris was adopted. To improve the processing speed, reduce the processing time, improve the economic benefits of this purpose, lay the foundation for mass production.
