The Structure Design of the Household Watermelon Juice Extractor

针对现有的果汁机制取西瓜汁时,存在损伤西瓜籽、破坏瓜汁口感的问题。为此,设计了一种新型的家用西瓜取汁器,其基本组成是底座、料筒、按压件、孔板及收集器。该取汁器利用挤压原理制取果汁,特点是结构简单、操作安全、节能。

In order to solve the problem of watermelon juice produced by the existing juicer, the watermelon seeds were damaged and the taste of melon juice was destroyed. A new kind of household watermelon juicer was designed in this paper, which is basically composed of the base, the barrel, the press, the hole plate and the collector. The juice picker uses squeezing principle to produce juice, which is characterized by simple structure, safe operation and energy saving.
