摘要
对某型号玉米收获机的内部零件"制动片"和"卡片"的加工模具进行三维设计,通过分析产品加工工艺,确定了工艺方案。将两种不同工件的加工整合到一套模具中,同时,针对其中的一个零件"卡片"采用级进模式。将两道工序在一套模具中级进完成,在进行模具零部件的相关参数设计的基础上,运用三维设计软件Solid Works,设计出双工件级进模具的整体结构。
In this paper, the three-dimensional design of the internal parts of the corn harvester "Brake Linings" and "Card" is carried out. The process is analyzed and the process plan is determined. The processing of two different workpieces is integrated into one mold, and a progressive mode is applied to one of the parts "Cards". The two processes were completed in a set of molds. Based on the design and calculation of the relevant parameters of the mold components, the three-dimensional design software Solid Works was used to design the overall structure of the double workpiece cold stamping progressive die.
