关于小型气缸在舵机负载测试中的应用研究

实现小型舵机20N负载的自动测试,对促进自动化测试系统的自动化程度及数据处理水平提升,具有重要意义。基于此,本文以完整的测试过程为研究对象,仅对小型气缸在舵机负载测试中的应用展开分析,简要介绍了测试流程与测试准备工作,进而通过静态加载试验、动态性能测试等,进一步分析小型舵机的负载测试结果。

It is of great significance to realize the automatic test of the 20 N load of the small rudder, and to promote the automation of the automatic test system and the improvement of the data processing level. Based on this, this paper takes the complete test process as the research object, only analyzes the application of the small cylinder in the load test of the rudder, briefly introduces the test test process and the test preparation, and further analyzes the load test results of the small rudder through static loading test and dynamic performance test.
