摘要 离心式压缩机属于速度是压缩机,在进行实际运作的过程中,需要使其保持在一个较稳定的状态。离心式压缩机本身的排气量范围较大,结构较紧凑,使用寿命较长,供气品质也较高。而且,整体工作效率较高,能耗较少,目前是较常见的一种压缩机。为使离心式压缩机处于一个较稳定的运作状态,需要对其状态进行监测,并开展故障诊断工作。主要分析离心式压缩机状态监测与故障诊断系统的流程,并对其中的常见故障进行相应探讨。 Centrifugal compressor belongs to speed is compressor, in the actual operation process, need to keep it in a more stable state. Centrifugal compressor itself has a larger discharge volume, compact structure, long service life and high quality of gas supply. Moreover, the overall work efficiency is relatively high, and energy consumption is relatively low. In order to enable the centrifugal compressor to operate in a relatively stable state, it is necessary to monitor its state and perform fault diagnosis. In this paper, the flow of the state monitoring and fault diagnosis system of centrifugal compressor is analyzed, and the common faults are discussed.
