摘要
大型高频箱骨架是某地面雷达的天线载体。该骨架是典型的焊接和机加工结构件,具有结构尺寸大、制造精度要求高等特点。根据此类骨架的结构特点,分析骨架的焊接和机加工难点及影响精度的原因,从优化工艺流程、焊接变形控制、应力消除、机械加工等方面展开了论述。特别是通过制造焊接试验件,确定了骨架焊接收缩量,保证了骨架的结构尺寸,从而保证了骨架的制造精度,为类似高频箱骨架的制造提供了参考。
The frame of large high-frequency box is the antenna carrier of a ground radar. The skeleton is a typical welding and machined structural part, which has the characteristics of large structural size and high manufacturing accuracy. According to the structure characteristics of this kind of skeleton, this paper analyzes the difficulties of the welding and machining of the skeleton and the cause of the influence precision, and discusses the optimization process, the control of welding deformation, the stress elimination, and the mechanical processing. Especially through the manufacture of welding test parts, the welding shrinkage of the skeleton is determined, the structure size of the skeleton is ensured, thus the manufacturing precision of the skeleton is ensured, and the reference for the manufacture of the similar high frequency box skeleton is provided.
