Discussion on Check Method of Safety Valve

通过研究现有安全阀的离线标定办法,提出一种根据加速度传感器和压力变送器的绷簧式安全阀离线标定体系。首先,介绍运用加速度压力变送器来查验安全阀设定压力的原理。然后,安全阀验证体系的控制界面采用VB编程言语树立,数据存储体系经过拜访安全阀的树立进行验证。

In this paper, the off-line calibration method of the existing safety valve is studied, and an off-line calibration system for the tension valve based on the acceleration sensor and pressure transmitter is proposed. This paper introduces the principle of using acceleration pressure transmitter to check the setting pressure of safety valve. The control interface of the safety valve verification system is set up by VB programming language, and the data storage system is verified by visiting the establishment of the safety valve.
